Treatment

What
I hope to make a 5 minute documentary about girls coming to a all boys school and how they think it affects them, and to find out if it does.

Why
I came up with this because after looking at a few girls in my sixth for, I wondered if they acted the same way out of school, and if this school has made them see young men in a different light.

How
After going over my many other ideas with my media teacher, I went away and took a few pictures and some shots, I have a number of friends who wish to help, whether it be with props, costumes or filming. 

Interests
I have always been interested in documentaries and when I found out I was going to be able to make my own documentary i jumped straight at the chance because i felt my understanding of this will aid me to gain higher marks.

Conventions
I planned to basically conform to the conventions of the era such as; a strong focus on stereotype's, a teenage cast, I don't really want to challenge the conventions of a documentary as the style is what attracted me to the genre.
